For a few years Antonio García Cazorla has been thinking about the possibility of creating an association that works for equality and social activism locally and internationally. After his international experiences within the Erasmus + program and his studies in psychology and equality he decided to make this a reality, however, despite his knowledge and experience he did not have practical knowledge on how to manage an organization in a proper way. I was working there a month and a half, until the coronavirus situation worsened and I had to go back.
My last two weeks I was working remotely, we did Skype calls to organize the tasks and we shared our work on google drive. I think it is important to set a schedule to do your tasks since there is no one to supervise you daily. In my business, the corona virus has had a major impact, restricting travel, diminishing tourism, forcing investors to review plans and suspend operations for a period of time. However, my business is a long-term investment, and during this period it is important not to stop and move closer to the results. At this moment, we decided to take advantage of the situation and not focus on the results but on the market analysis and adaptation. Mr. Krüger was eager to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, because he wanted to profit from a new entrepreneur’s innovative and fresh ideas for his business and was interested in establishing a long-lasting business cooperation.
Javier González has a travel agency in Tenerife, which offers sustainable tourism activities. During his stay in Germany, he got firsthand advice from Dr. Krüger on the quality management and the leading of an internationally operating institution.
